Can video files be attached to records in a db

I know graphic files can be attached to a record so I was wondering if there
was any way of attaching video files to a record?
If not directly attached then may be just referenced in another location?

Yes, you can set hyperlinks to files.
Directly importing video - like you can images - probably wouldn't be such a
good idea anyway due to the typically large size of video.
