Can These Files be Deleted?

In the Windows Directory is the folder 'Installer.' Can the files in this
folder be deleted? My system is working fine.
Also, does Microsoft have a 'Java' Program for XP Home?

i dont know about the installed files, but i believe they are there for a
reason

as for your question about java ... microsoft DID have a java program,
microsoft virtual machine it think it was called but it vanished about a
year or so ago to be replaced with the great offering we now get form SUN, k
so sun wrote it in the first place i know ... i just dont like ... and i for
one would like to see virtual machine come back
