Can table field descriptions be displayed in forms as "bubbles"?

I want field descriptions from the tables to appear in forms when the cursor
passes over a field. Little windows or "bubbles" would appear, showing the
text from the table field descriptions to further specify what the field is
to contain. Thanks.

Open the form in design view, click on the text box, and enter information in
the ControlTip Text property.

If you put those descriptions in place before creating the form, and you use
a wizard to create the forms, they will appear in the Status Bar Text property
of each control on the form.

But of course, what you want is the ControlTip Text property to be populated.
If the Status Bar property is already correct, you can loop through all controls
and set their ControlTip Text to the Status Bar Text

I wrote about how to do this in an article at Database Journal
