CAN@T SEND TO ATTACHMENT ANYMORE

The Send to "As Attachment" option on the File menu has changed to "As Text"
since yesterday. Does anyone know how to restore it so that I can send an
open Word document as an attachment?
 
Do you have "Mail as attachment" checked on the General tab of Tools |
Options?
