can reply to email??

We are using microsoft outlook web access, we are able to recieve emails but
when we go to reply, the is a little box in the left hand corner where the
text is to be typed and we are not able to type at all??? Any suggestions as
to where the problem lies? We are able to send and recieve from our office pc
but we can reply from home???
