Can receive - Can't send

Just got Vista and Window Mail. I can send fine,but not receive. I am
connecting the laptop thru a wireless lan. As best I can tell all Account
Settings are what they should be.

Error Msg: An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'laptop test', Account:
'Wireless', Server: '192.168.2.101', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '501
command argument is not acceptable', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error:
501, Error Number: 0x800CCC63

Two laptops, both new, both same problem.

Try using the real IP address of the SMTP server.

I doubt that you can send, too.

The Outgoing (SMTP) server name is incorrect. You have specified the IP
address of a local network device.
Please check with your email provider for the proper server names and
settings.

The format is generally something like these....
