Can Outlook 2007 be ran by 2 different users on the same computer?

Can Outlook 2007 be set up to be used by multiple users on the same computer?
For example husband and wife with different email addresses, calenders and
contacts. Can this be done through the current installation of Outlook? Or
will a reconfiguration or reinstallation of Outlook be required?

Even better is separate Windows accounts.
