Can only use Word on one user login account

My computer has two user login accounts, one for each child. Microsoft Word
2003 is installed on the computer, but can only be accessed in one of the
user acounts. How do I make it available to the other user when they log in?
It is not in the list of programs for this user.

Were you logged in as Administrator when you installed Word/Office?

I am having the same problem. Word is available to the admin. but not to
other users. However all other Office programs are available to all users.
