Hello,

I can only open one Internet Explorer Window at a time. If
I try to open a new Internet Explorer Window, the old
window disappears.

How to remedy this?

Thanks,

Rohan

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts".

Thanks for the help Frank. I unchecked the box, but
unfortunately it did not fix the problem.

I am running Windows XP with 5 user accounts. This problem
is only with 2 of the 5 accounts.

A new window does open, but the old window disappears, (it
does not load the new window in the old window, rather it
opens a new window and simultaneouly closes the old window.

Also, Norton has detected a virus Downloader.MsCache in
the file gsqimkqo.dll. Could this also be contributing to
the problem.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Rohan

I'm not familiar with that virus.
Did Norton remove it?
