Can only log on to DC with PDC FSMO

Greetings,
users are only able to log onto the DC with the PDC role.
I need to change it so users can log on to any available DC.
I've seen it before, but my brain is not telling me where

Check you other DC's for errors in event log, or better run dcdiag and
netdiag on them. How do you know, that they are logging on to only that DC ?
