Can Not View Thumbnail Image

I am using Windows 2000. I loaded Kodak Shareware into
the computer. It removed the ablity to view the images in
the Thumbnail format. I removed the Kodak Shareware, and
the problem continues.

I did the follow three things with no luck.
1) Reloaded Explore 6.0
2) I followed MS Knowledge base Article - 243401
3) I followed MS Knowledge base Article - 178746 and it
would not allow me to RUN: regsvr32.exe/ishdocvw.dll

Any other ideas? Please help.
