Can not share files and printer, internet is ok

Hi, I have a PC and a laptop, wireless network at home-devices do not recognize each other though they are in the same workgroup, share same network name and network security key, I can access internet from laptop(PC is connected directly to the modem through base station. PC finds laptop on the network, but when try to access it-it says "device is not available", laptop doesn't find PC, says "no devices found on the network". File sharing is on on both computers. Have no idea what is wrong. Could you help me? Thank you. My e-mail is (e-mail address removed)

Hi,
If you have any firewall installed or enabled on your
computers, disable them to see that works. I had the same
issue, disabling Mcafee firewall enabled my PCs to see
each other.
