can not send emails

I have just arrived in kenya from ireland, and have reset details for
outgoing mail, step by step as indicated in HELP. i can receive ok but when
i try to send i get the message as shown below
"Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Subject 'test', Account: 'pop.indigo.ie', Server:
'accesskenya.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number:
0x800CCC0F."
I have tried authentification on and off but no good. help please

Hi Ray,
Your pop account is with indigo.ie and your trying to access accesskenya.com?

Why should that work? Your email server is in Ireland isn't it?

Are you sure you have the correct server name?
I wasn't able to find the server information online, but I could not open a
port 25 connection to accesskenya.com. However, I was successful
when I used smtp.accesskenya.com.
