can not save Outlook2007 attachments

I'm using Office2007 and I received an email with 30 images as attachments.
When I click on "Other ACtions" and then click on "Save Attachments", nothing
appears to be happening. How do I save attachments and select where to save
them to?

I was just coming back to update this posting. I found that the images (22
of them) were all named the same. I've since deleted the email so I don't
know if they were embedded (I think this was the case) or attachments. I
clicked on each in the header and samed them one at a time.

Where these images embedded in the email or actual attachments?

Has any progress been made with not being able to "save picture as..." from
embedded attachments. It's VERY annoying.
The workaround provided below does not work. There is nothing to "paste" if
I attempt to copy the image from Outlook.
