Can not save or copy and paste all of a sudden

I have reinstalled Word and it did not fix my problem. All of a sudden I can
not save, save as, copy, paste, or access any setting/options in Word. Even
when creating a new document. Any idea how to fix this?
 
Have you activated Word? Or is this a trial version that has expired?
