I can not rename any folder in my comp. Even when I create a new folder It
gives names "New Folder 1,New Folder 2,New Folder 3 ....and so on. When I try
to rename it I have the message -"The file or folder does not exist"

Thanks a lot but it did not help. There is something absolutely wrong with my
system:( I noticed some strange thing in my System Configuration. In Startup
there is a strange programm that wasn't there before - MSServer;
Manufactorer:- Unnown; Command
-rundll32.exe"C:\windows\system32\nnnMfDvw.dll,#1. I tryed to disable it in
System configuration, then cleaned registry key NOTHING! After restart it is
again in my Startup with checked box, but with new dll. It's changed
from-nnnMfDvw.dll,#1 to -qoMdBTjk.dll,#1. Every time I tryed to get rid of it
,it comes with new name of dll. I tryed System Restore
- It gives error and didn't do anything:(((

Did you type or cut and paste the last line? The word "manufacturer" is
spelled wrong. If you cut and pasted, personally I wouldn't stop to
collect $200 while passing "Go" on my way to grab my virus scanners! :)

-rundll32.exe"C:\windows\system32\nnnMfDvw.dll

For the term "mfdvw.dll" Google returned two hits, one of which was
inaccessable and the other was a binary file (being displayed as
ASCII)that was taking way to long to download and so I stopped it; both
Yahoo and Altavista returned no hits at all.

Valid *.dll files usually show up readily when doing search engines
searchs for them (ie to obtain information regarding them or to download
replacements).....so it is very strange that this particular dll name
returned such poor search results. Even most hacker based (ie viri) dll
return more hits.

My gut reaction right now is either pointer the filename was corrupted
somehow (possibility low due to the three "n's" preceding the
"MfDvw.dll" plus that the the file name is still totally alphabetic) or
you have a wee nasty little critter located on your harddrive. AFAIK,
the OS would have no reason to change a dll file's name unless it was
doing a replacement/upgrade.....if the filename had been corrupted
during the download/upgrade replacement time, I highly suspect it would
be more likely to be renamed "^(*9$$#F.D9&" for example.
