Windows XP can not reboot xp

can not reboot windows xp ..report "inf file txtsetup.sif is corrupt or missing, status 32768. set up can not continue." this problem was after talk talk security dealt with a trojan horse .

Talk Talk do Security now? Oh my. :D

Window's setup errors usually occur due to hardware failure, run memtest to rule out your ram. :)
