Be sure you are running Adobe Reader 6.0, if not you need
to upgrade. Second if your problem is trying to read PDF
files sent as attachments from Outlook Express you need
to have the Adobe Reader 6.0 installed. If that still
does not solve your problem try opening Outlook Express,
click on "Tools", next click on "Options" from the drop
down menu, click on the "Security" tab, from that folder
check to see if the box that states "Do not allow
attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially
be a virus" is checked. If so you need to click on that
box to uncheck it. Click "Apply" then "OK". NOTE: Do
not uncheck this box unless you are running a good
antivirus program. Good Luck.
