Can not pictures

How do I send pictures with windows mail using vista.
My message with pictures attatched are ready to be sent in the outbox.
I use netzero.net for my ISP.

Is it still in the OUTBOX ?
If yes,
1. How long ago since ?
2. In terms of KB or MB, what is the size of your pictures attachment ?

Yes still in out box and 1685 kb and when I checked the sent items it's empty

Please click Send/Receive again. If it won't send, you should have an error
message.
Post the entire message, verbatim. Might give us a clue why.

Here is a link to netzero.net account settings. Select the e-mail program
you are using.
I have a feeling your Server name should include the word " smtp " at the
beginning. (Read the Mail Servers Addresses section.)
Anyway, compare what the link says against your settings.

Wrong server name. According to your provider

the POP3 server name should be pop.netzero.com.

You have MVPs addressing your problem. You won't need me any more.
Here is all I can understand from the link I gave you :
Outgoing mail(SMTP) Server: authsmtp.netzero.com
Incoming mail(POP3) Server: pop.netzero.com
