the Your Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. when you try and work
offline you get the message "unable to open your default e-mail folders.
Your profile is not configured. The only option is to hit the OK button.
This logs you our of Outlook completely. I have tried removing Office and
putting it back on the computer but I still get the same message...PLEASE

So what do you see for accounts when you run the Mail applet in Control
Panel? Did you ever define any accounts - so Outlook actually has
something from which poll and to which it can create a message store?
