can not find the outbox

Outlook today starts with Calender. Can not get it started in inbox. The
outbox disappeared all together. I can sent mail.

Exactly how depends on your Outlook version. For OL 2003, click
Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options. To the right of the "Startup in this
folder" field is a Browse button. Click it and select the folder you want.
The outbox disappeared all together. I can sent mail.

If you can send mail, you have an Outbox. There's no way to delete that
folder. WHat View in the Navigation Pane are you using?
