Can not find rich text...

I am typing a school paper in Word 2003. I need to send it as a rich text
document. I can not find it when I go to "save as" Rich Text is not listed.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

In the File Save dialog, select Rich Text Format (*.rtf) for "Save as type."
I can't imagine that this option would not be available in the Typical (or
any) install of Word, but if you really can't find that option, you may need
to rerun setup (Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs: Change) to add this
export filter.

Hi =?Utf-8?B?Um94?=,

I see it here...

It's possible that the RTF converter wasn't installed. If you

1. Go to the Control Panel and run Add/Remove programs

2. Choose to modify the Office (or Word) 2003 setup

3. Drill down through the Office listings (there are two at the top level, I
think the converters are in the first, but I may be wrong) to find the text
converters

4. Set the one for RTF to "run from my computer"

5. Then let Setup execute

it should appear in the Save As dialog box. Note that you will be prompted to
insert your Office/Word 2003 CD.
