can not enable macros

Hi - everytime I try to run my macro I keep getting Run-time error 1004. I
am just a new user of macros so I am not sure what is going on.
 
You have an error somewhere in your macro. You can post your code o
the programming forum and someone should help you find the error.

When you get the error, click the Debug button. This will take
you to the offending line of code. Post that line of code in your
message.
