"Customize" does not show on the context menu? Are you on a home machine, or
on your company's network machine?

Hi Yoni,

Toolbar or taskbar? They are different things. Have you checked that the
lock feature is turned off?

Rick,
Its the tool Bar, its the place where the refresh button and print, and history buttons are on the browser. When I right click there is no Lock toolbar. When I right click it lists what I have on the toolbar and has a check next to all that is active. However they are all grey and my only choice is to make them text icons (the icon with text under it) Should I reinstall ie or have I just messed up the configerations. please advis

Hi,

Start/run regedit, navigate here:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions

Look in the right for this string: NoBrowserContextMenu

Double click it, set it to 0 (it's currently set to 1)
