Can not debug in VS.NET

Hello,

I have (possibly) a framework related problem Or VS specific :

Error while trying to run the project: unable to start debugging on
the server. could not start asp.net or atl debugging.
Verify that ASP.NET or ATL Server is correctly installed on the
Server.

This occurs when i want to try to debug a project in Visual Studio. I
cant seem to get it to work. I run it locally on my own laptop for
personal stuff.

I have checked machine.config (machine,autogenerated), users, groups (
me,admin,asp_net in debug), i have checked the settings of IIS,
reinstalled asp.net. I wonder what to do next i have tried all the
steps in "Error: Unable to Start Debugging on the Web Server".

Please can anyone give me a hint or roadmap to success ?

find and run aspnet_regiis.exe with -i switch.

I ran it, rebooted, but still the same error, any more suggestions ?
