Can not change home page, Need help pls!

http://searchmyrequest.com/hp.php. Tried to change via
tools, internet options, home page. Access to change the
home page has been blocked. ANy suggestions appreciated.

I had that problem too,but it was fastsearch.cc or
something like that,as home page i couldn't get rid.I use
CWShredder or better hijackthis to get rid of that.
