can not add network Printer

Trying to add epson photo 820. On network through belkin
router. \\other computer\epson will not work. Added xp
driver. other computer 98SE. But had laptop with xp on it
and it would network. After reloading 98 now none work.
 
Got it loaded. Tried to load manually instead of Browsing
for printer. Add Printer: A network printer: Browse: find
and select, all working.
