can not activate the real time agents in mivroaoft anti-spyware

when i downloaded microsoft anit-spyware i noticed that my
real time agents are off and when i try to turn it on, i'm
unable to, why is that?

Open a command prompt window and type the command:

regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll

then restart Windows.
