Can no longer insert notes as text

On machines that I have upgraded from Outlook XP to Outlook 2003, insert
note as text into the body of a mail message no longer works. All that is
inserted is the date/time the note was last modified. Still works fine in
Outlook XP on machines that have not been upgraded.

Users who are now running OL2003 have to insert the note as attachment, open
the attachment, copy and paste the text into the message body, delete the
attachment. Is this increased productivity?
