can netsh import dhcp leases

We've used netsh to import dhcp scopes, option, etc when
replacing servers, but it has not imported current leases.
Is is possible to import current leases?
 
No. Leases are dynamic. The machines will try to reacquire the lease when
the lease time is almost up.
