Can It Be Done?

This is what I want to do:

If info in Sheet 1, Column A matches a sheet name or J2, then past
info from Sheet 1, Columb B to B3 of the sheet with the matching name.

Can this be done
 
I never thought of it that way.

I guess if J2 of sheet X=A1 sheet 1, then b3 sheet x=b1 sheet 1

the trouble I have is with the false part, if this is false I want it
to check if J2 =A2 and so on until the whole list is complete
