Can i view all of my records in a form?

Right, possibly the second stupid question in as many days, but here goes. I
have a couple of forms which enter inormation on new users of our community
centre into our database. Each form enters data into a couple of tables, and
has one or two subforms for specific items. When i enter information into
the form, it flows through to the table as you woudl expect, but when i enter
information directly into the table, i cannot see the information in the
appropriate form. Is there anyway to enable this feature?

Are you sure your form is not based on a query? If it is based on that table,
as soon as you type it into the table it should show on the form. Check the
recordsource of the form. Also, is your table editable (you see the arrow and
asterisk highlighted at the bottom?)
 
Yep, its editable, and its based on a table...
