Can I use WinXP pro license for Win2K?

I want to setup a Win2K system and I have a WinXP Pro license left over can I use this?
 
Plz refer to eula as difference license is different if oem no... i think full version allows you to use it. You can also contact microsoft for more accurate information on licensing
