Can I use the same Outlook account at home and at work?

I have an Outlook account at my office which I would like to be able to
access from home. I am told that there is a website or someplace I can go to
access the account from home. Any idea how I can do this?

If you have an exchange server at work, they probably mean using OWA -

you need the server url - it's something like

http://www.work_domain_name.com/exchange/user_name

but you should check with the admin to be sure, as some sites replace www
with owa or something else.
