Can I use secure signatures?

My question is somewhat related to the response below- I want to have
specific signatures on an Access form. I only want that person to be able to
sign there. Is there a way to do this? I want the electronic form to be the
official and would like the signatures to be at least verifyable to a givin
computer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

"See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/AutoText.htm. To answer your
other question, you can't secure it. Anything that can be viewed or printed
can be copied, one way or another. You could convert the document to PDF and
not permit copying or printing, but users could still take a screen shot.
You can't make a digital *graphic* signature any more secure that an actual
written signature (which can be scanned); there are other types of digital
signatures (encryption) that are more secure."

I suggest you start by reading

Access security is a great feature, but it is, by nature a complex product
with a very steep learning curve. Properly used it offers very safe
versatile protection and control. However a simple mistake can easily lock
you out of your database, which might require the paid services of a
professional to help you get back in.

Practice on some copies to make sure you know what you are doing.
