can i use access as live online appointment scheduler

Hello, I am a beginner Access user, with little previous knowledge of the
program, but i guess i can get by with the help commands.

I own a mobile spa with all calls being routed to an answering service.
i am trying to create something that i can put on a password protected page
that only they and I can get to to schedule appts. and also hold customer
info.
If they do not have Access on their pc in Atlanta, can they still use the
program if I upload it online?

Basically, can Access be used like a form live and online even if they
dont have Access installed on their pc's but it has been uploaded on the site?

if you mean people access data in Access through web page as "online", then
no, you cannot use MS Access that way. It is more network and/or web
application issue than MS Access issue. Basically, you need to develop a web
application and find a web hosting services to host the application. You MAY
be able to use Access db to hold data in that kind of application, meaning
only tables (and data) in MS Access could be used, while forms/report/code
are useless in this situation.
