Can I upgrade Business in Spanish to Ultimate in English?

Hi!
Is it possible to make this upgrade?
I bought a laptop that has Vista Business in Spanish and I want the
interface in English, is there any way to do it besides buying the actual
upgrade? If not the upgrade from Business English to Ultimate English would
work?
I read about MUI and Lips but it seems that it would not help on this right?

of Windows Vista and perform a "clean install"

No, you cannot. You can only upgrade between same-language versions, to do
otherwise requires a format and clean install.
