Can I update all of the hyperlink entries in a given field using .

I am trying to convert the entries in a single field in a 2000-record
database to hyperlinks which will allow users to directly access pdf
documents on our shared drive. the hyperlinks follow an identical format
(e.g., "H:\OurStuff\UsefulData\2004\FIleNumNN-04.pdf".

Is this possible, or do I have to update each record individually (which
sucks...)

Use an Update query to modify the contents of the hyperlink field.

Be sure to back up first, as it's easy to mess this up.
