ie...I saw that someone had a file folder with my name in his Outlook...I am
not sure if it is local (for organization) or if he has permission to access
my mail via exchange server. Is there a way to tell in 2003 if he has access?

At least 4 possibilities here:
1) The person just created a folder in his mailbox/pst and put your name on
it, perhaps to store emails from you.
2) If using Outlook 2003, it could be a Search Folder.
3) If using Outlook version prior to 2003, then it could be a folder on the
file system (i.e. on a file server or locally on their computer).
4) They could have access to your mailbox. Now if they do not have
permissions to your mailbox, they could still add the "Mailbox - Naulerich"
folder, but they would not be able to open it.

To check permissions, right-click on "Outlook Today" or "Mailbox - <your
name>" and click Properties and then click on the Permissions tab. You will
also want to do this to the subfolders (i.e. Inbox, Calendar, Contacts, etc.).
