Can I synch my Outlook acct from work with my cell ph./PDA using .

I use Outlook at work, but it is fairly well entrenched behind a firewall. I
would like to have a PDA/Cell Ph. combo that allows me to synch my
Email/Contacts/Calendar with my Outlook acct from work, while anywhere in the
country (w/ cellular coverage).

Does this capability exist? If so, what is required?

Outlook is a client/PIM, so it isn't what you'd be connecting to anyway. If
you're using Exchange and the admins permit it, you might be able to use
IMAP, or OMA, or something...first place to start is with your IT folk at
work.
