can i sync my outlook diary with another persons outlook diary?

can anyone tell me how i can sync my out look diary with one other person?
do we have to have a server or is there a simple way of doing it?

If you have an Outlook question, I'd suggest that you post it to an Outlook
newsgroup related to the "diary" (do you mean "journal"?).
