Hi

With regard to your issue it is not possible to synch Outlook data with
BCM.The only work around would be to import the Outlook data into BCM.This
is only possible if your running the latest update for BCM in case you dont
have the update check the link below to download the update

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...42-6dc5-4922-9dfb-1c82237d6b62&DisplayLang=en.

Once you have the required version you would also have to download SP 1 for
the update from the folloiwng site to get the import option under BCM update
here the link to download the same. You will have an option called Outlook
contacts when you select the import option for Bcm.

Please note it does not let you transfer distribution list that you have
under Outlook Contacts. The other option is if you running Active Sync as
your synchronisng software (version 3.7 or greater) and either have a Pocket
PC 2002 or 2003 you can synchronsie the same with BCM contacts. But inorder
to achive the same you have to download Pocket Bcm and install the same from
the following link

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...18-C310-4599-81D1-558CF385ED88&displaylang=en

This is the only work around that I could think of .Hope this helps

To move or copy your Outlook Contacts to BCM, there's something easier
than using a wizard to import them. You can just select the Contacts
you want to move from the Outlook Contacts and drag them to the
Business Contacts or Accounts folders. This should work with every
version of BCM. Doing a right click drag will pop up a menu with the
option of copying or moving the Contacts.
