can I stop automatic signatures being added to e-mail templates

I like auto signatures, but I don't want to add automatically add one to the
top of an E-mail template I've set up. Can this be prevented?
 
yes, just removed from tools>options>mail format>signatures as default for
new messages. that way you can pick the signature when you need it only
