can i set up an email to be sent out at a future date?

I have a coworker who would like to send out an email to groups of people on
different dates. The scenerio as he describes it: He writes the email on
Friday, gets it all ready to go. Is there a way that he can set the system to
mail this email out to his recipients on say, the following Wednesday? A way
to tell the system "on 04/29/06 at 9:00am, send this email out.
