Can i set up a database of names so i can email them all at one ti

I need to set up multiple databases of email addresses for each state and is
there a way to save them under a heading like state so I can make one letter
and Send it to hundreds of my dealers at a time? And them email another
state? Thankl you for any help in advance. I am using windows mail on vista.

Create a Group of contacts.

To send a message to the Group, click on View | All headers to make the BCC
field available. Place your email address in the TO field then place the
name of the Group in the BCC field.
