I have to type quotations regulary and the content is such that dosnt require
a template but does require the same senatnces. i would like to set a
predictive text so that when i start typing the sentance the option comes up
to add the sentance/s.
just as the date allows you to do when typing the numbers or the month.

You can use AutoCorrect for this purpose. For detailed instructions, please
tell us your version of Word.

There is no 'predictive text' option in Word and auto-complete is only
currently available in Word versions up to 2003 (dates aside).
You can in 2007 type the first unique characters of an autotext entry and
press F3 to enter.
Check your spelling when saving autotext entries!
