Can I set a word document as my computers wallpaper?

I want to set a document up as my computers wallpaper...is that possible?

Do a screen capture (print screen), paste into an editing program such as Paint,
crop off parts you don't need, save as an image format in a folder. Right-click
the image you made, click *set as background.*
If you have Vista there is a Snipping Tool in the Accessories start folder. It
works better than a print screen.
