Can I send group email without recipients seeing all the other recipients?

I want to send a group email but I don't want each recipient to see all the
other recipients. How can I do that?

Most people will not respond to an email in a newsgroup. The whole point of
a newsgroup is to post questions AND ANSWERS so future users can look back
and find answers without having to repost the question.
