Can I send bulk emails using Outlook 2003?

I am Secretary of a new organisation and we have close to 100 members
already. I want to find a way to send 100's of emails at one time using
Microsoft Outlook 2003.
 
Hi Diane,
Thanks. I have been told to limit the number of emails in the bcc field.
Can I just go ahead and put 200 or 300 emails in the bcc field without other
servers recognising it as junk mail?

The problem is not the recipients mail server- but your own. Many limit the
# of messages per min, the # of addresses the message goes to etc.

some of the tools at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/massmail.asp can be
used to slow sending down so it doesn't trigger problems with your isp.

Call your ISP and find out what is the number amount of emails that you are able to send out at a time. They have restrictions on the amount
