Can I send auto reply message more than once per session?

I want to send an automatic reply to all emails sent to our
"enquiries@......" email address. I understand the situation with "only once
per session" but this seems very limiting, particularly as we occasionally
receive multiple enquiries per day from the same source.

We use POP3 not Exchange Server.

Once per session per address is it, according to Microsoft's Knowledgebase.
